So I was visiting a few of my favorite teacher blogs the other day when I came across an awesome resource on Runde’s Room (If you haven’t visited her blog, tpt store or Facebook fan page…You MUST! ). Jen has created this awesome Math survey which I used to find out some interesting facts about my kiddos.
SURVEY SAYS…
The survey revealed that not all my students share my enthusiasm for math, or even like math for that matter. It is now my mission to turn those negative math feelings around. I sat down and challenged myself to find a balance between finding “fun” activities and covering the actual curriculum.
PRACTICE DISGUISED AS A MATH GAME…
It can be a struggle to find engaging Math activities or games that allow students to practice their math skills.
As mentioned in a previous post my students really enjoy the game Vite! Vite! So I created a new Vite! Vite! game!
The instructions are found in the original post as well as in the product itself.
